RECRUITMENT FILM

My final apprenticeship project (IPA): a promotional video for Noser Young, an ICT training company, made to win over new partner companies. The brief asked for a fresh, slightly cheeky tone that stands out from typical recruiting videos while staying true to the brand.

I handled the concept, shot all of the footage and did the post-production, editing in Premiere Pro, color grading in DaVinci Resolve and animating the intro and outro in After Effects.

I also wrote a short communication concept with target-group personas and a platform analysis for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and the website.
